A Bit About Me

Christopher Arrasmith was born near San Diego, California, and graduated High School and attended college pursuing a business degree in southern California. He has also taken classes at Leeward Community College. He is a navy veteran who worked in the aviation administration field at a NATO Air Station on the island of Sicily in the Mediterranean during the Persian Gulf War.

Chris offers more than 25 years of combined sales and administrative experience in federal and state contracts, Medicare and Medicaid reporting and documentation, as well as direct sales into the Home Health, Long Term Care and Assisted Living markets. He was able to achieve top sales status and move up quickly in the corporate ranks while maintaining a personal focus on each client, realizing the importance of follow up and communication as the most important factors in long-term success.

Chris’ love for real estate has grown over many years while renovating several homes along the way. From these projects, he realized he wanted to combine his passions for real estate, true community development, and highest standard of exceptional customer service experience to his clientele.

Chris has lived on O`ahu for nearly two decades. Married with three boys, Chris feels he is wildly blessed to have such a wonderful family! Two sons are graduates of Campbell High School, with another from `Aiea High School. Within his community, Chris coached soccer for 12 years and also played in the “old normal.”

Chris loves serving people and developing lifelong relationships. Building community, being a resource for his network, and helping out with the little things are what makes for great motivation in his world. Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife Ana and helping his sons find their direction in life.
